HELLO!

My name is John Lesther Tarre, originally from Cotabato City, and I am a proud Bisaya. My professional journey started when I worked as a Local Store Marketing staff for a fast-food chain in my hometown. While I gained valuable experience, I realized that the income was not enough to support my bigger dreams. This pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and move to Davao City to pursue a career in the call center industry.

I started working at Teleperformance as a travel agent. Through dedication and consistent performance, I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert, a role I held for more than two years. Even with this achievement, I continued to seek growth and new challenges, which led me to explore recruitment. I joined VXI as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. However, after some time, I felt that the role was not challenging enough for me and that I still had more potential to explore.

Eventually, I decided to move to Manila, where my mother lives after my parents separated. Although I come from a broken family, it never became a barrier to pursuing my dreams. Instead, it motivated me to work harder and build a better future.

In Manila, I joined Everise Philippines as a call center agent. After six months, I was promoted to Trainer, a role I proudly held for more than three years. Later on, I was given another opportunity to grow and became a Quality Lead for another three years. During this time, I also started working part-time as a Virtual Assistant in the real estate industry. This experience opened my eyes to the possibilities of remote work and the flexibility it offers.

However, despite having stable roles, I realized that I still wanted something more fulfilling and financially rewarding. This realization led me to fully shift my career toward becoming a Virtual Assistant. I began investing in myself by enrolling in courses focused on SEO, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Social Media Management.

Through dedication, continuous learning, and perseverance, I landed my first SEO client and eventually managed multiple Social Media Management clients as well. This journey taught me that success comes to those who are willing to take risks, learn new skills, and remain persistent even when the path is uncertain.

Today, I strongly believe that with dedication and perseverance, anyone can achieve their goals in life. I am also a firm believer in work-life balance. For me, true success means having a career that not only provides financial stability but also allows time for family, friends, and personal growth. I value having a job that respects my personal time, gives me the freedom to enjoy life, and allows me to pursue my passions while making a meaningful impact through my work.
